Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom-made products, and personal care items that have been opened.
Contact our customer service at support@jikgu.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
